Express orders from MyPlaza shop are shipped using DHL, PostNL, or FedEx couriers. A tracking ID from MyPlaza shop will be sent within 24 hours after processing the order at our warehouse through email.

Free shipping is available for all orders over €150. For orders under €150, shipping costs are based on the weight of the package, starting from €6.50.

Anticipate a delivery time of 1 to 3 business days

We accept Ideal, PayPal or any major credit card as payment for your order.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

At the moment, we only ship within the Netherlands. We plan to offer international shipping in the future.

When you ordered at the store and the package isn't shipped yet.

If you’ve ordered from the store and your package hasn’t been shipped yet, feel free to contact us at info@myplazashop.com. We can adjust the shipping date to a time that works best for you.

When the package is already shipped.

If your package has already been shipped, you can change the delivery options through the shipment provider (e.g., DHL, PostNL). Look for options in the tracking details provided in your email. Their apps and websites allow you to adjust how your package is delivered. Common options include:

· Leaving the package at your front door

· Picking up the package at a Courier ServicePoint

· Delivering the package to a different address

Please note that you cannot select an exact delivery time.
